The obvious thing is a better explanation of what you are doing. What
do you mean by "shell explorer"? Is that different from "explorer"?
Where are you looking for for the TortoiseSVN tab? You will only find
that if you look at the properties for a Subversion working copy.

You don't tell us which version of TSVN you are using, where the
working copy is checked out, what sort of repository access you are
using. In short, without a crystal ball we haven't a clue.
