In three easy steps :)

1) "TSVN->Export" the folder that you want to keep to a safe place locally. This will give you a clean folder without the administrative .svn folders.

2a) "TSVN->Delete" the folder locally and commit or
2b) "TSVN->Repository Browser->Delete" the folder remote and update your WC.

3) "Explorer->Move/Copy" your exported folder back into place.
