Very minor bug w/ Commit Monitor

This is a very small thing, but I thought I'd mention it. When only
one new commit is reported by Commit Monitor, the notification box
reports "1 new commits". It should read "1 new commit".

I'm running 1.0.0.201. Please don't rush to fix it, this is a *very*
minor grammatical/cosmetic bug.
