Highlight external links

Hi,

My project makes good use of the svn:externals property and links in 5-
folders on different directory levels. Most of them point to a tagged
version of another library and from time to time we change the link to a
later tag of that library. This is now just about manageable, but it
will get difficult when we add any more libraries. It would be a great
help if external links could be highlighted in Explorer, for example
with a differently coloured folder icon or a link symbol in addition to
the svn status.
Even better would be a way to get a list from the a higher level folder
about any external links further down the tree and to be able to edit
the links in one place there, but for now I'd be happy if I could
identify linked folders visually.

Kind Regards,
Christian Braeuner
