We don't release any new features in the 1.4.x bugfix branch. You will have
to wait for TortoiseSVN 1.5.0 to be released which is due shortly after
Subversion 1.5.0. No release date has been named for Subversion 1.5.0 yet,
but the stablisation branch for 1.5.0 will be opened really soon.
