download link broken

I think maybe sourceforge has changed their download linking policy...

the link:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.4.5.10425-win32-svn-1.4.5.msi?download

doesn't work.
It is possible to get 1.4.5 from the files area

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=138498

It's been down since yesterday, so i don't think it's a sourceforge
availability problem.
