Ups - sorry about that. Should be fixed in the next nightly.

This time, rebooting was the wrong thing to do :)
The bug was that if the shell extension got loaded before the first 30
minutes after a reboot (which it almost always is), then a integer
overflow occurred which made the overlays not appear (it wouldn't read
the settings from the registry, because it thought the empty ones it had
were still current).
