Thanks for your replying.
I has another issue that tortoise cvs on windows is faster than tortoise
svn when checkout that same repository. In this case, they use the same
filesystem and the speed is quite different (about 1:3). As a result,
previous cvs users complain that every checkout is a waste of time.
