We and many others have complained. Big manufacturers rarely listen
to such complaints from suppliers.

For what it is worth, management has put put an RFQ. So far, only VCS
vendor has responded. The managers had a collective heart attack.

We might try to do the enhancement ourselves, even though we are not
MS Windows programmers.
