TSVNCache appears to be I/O bound and locking the machine.

Hi there,

I'm running TSVN version 1.4.5, and am having major woes with
TSVNCache.exe - it appears to be scanning through every file in my
checked out tree (several gigabytes of stuff), and locking the explorer
process whilst it does this. I can restore functionality by killing it,
but then of course it just starts off again.

Why is it scanning the contents of every file? It seems unnecessary,
that is I can use the command line 'svn' without any woes. :/
