can't find "Delete unversioned items..." option

I want to delete files that I've added to my working copy. Usually I'm wanting to get my working copy back to a clean state just like a fresh checkout from Head. I read the instructions here:

which says I should be able to hold "Shift" and right-click on a folder and get the option "Delete unversioned items..." but that option does not show up. It's not in the root menu or under the TortoiseSVN submenu. The doc says it's in the "Extended Context Menu" but I don't know what that is and I don't see anything in the right-click menu listed as such.

Any help? This would really make things easier on me, as right now I just delete the whole folder and check it out again.
