How can I specify authentication?

Hello, I am running a svn server on my home network for a few small
projects. I do not have a windows domain. When I try to commit files the
SVN, I get an authentication failed message, but I was never prompted for a
username. I cleared all the caches in the properties, but I still do not get
a chance to enter my username and password.

Any thoughts?
