Error Bumping Revisions

Hello, I have encountered an error that I do not know how to resolve.

A developer was trying to commit a file and Tortoise complains saying:

"commit succeeded.
 Error bumping revisions
 In <directory-to-file-goes-here>
 Error processing command 'committed' in <directory-to-file-goes-here>
 Error replacing text base of <file-name>
 Can't move from .svn\tmp\text-base to file-name.cs.svn-base"

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Ran a cleanup on the directory to no avail!
