feature request: suppress scanning in remote folders more

Problem found: when browsing files to vpn connection explorer with
tortoisesvn drammatically speed down cause search svn data in each
folder (i think),
there is possible or planning to put in tortoisesvn config a options to
disable it when browsing remote server or remote folders ??

Sorry miss information: now i use this settings in Icon Overlays:

Drive types: all unchecked

Exclude paths: empty
Include paths: c:\*
