Look in settings->dialogs2
Reopen commit dialog after a commit failed.

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work in 1.4.5 - there's a bug.
* Update folder to previous revision to prevent commit from working.
* modify 2 files and the folder props (eg. add an ignore item)
* open commit dialog
* deselect one file
* commit fails
* dialog reopens and now has 2 copies of the selected file and nothing
is deselected.

Not sure if this happens on trunk.
