How to disable suggestions in commit dialog?

Hi,

I really don't like that a suggestion popup occurs in the commit
dialog while typing a commit message. It messes me up sometimes and
changes things to text I didn't mean for it to change to.

Is there a way to disable this feature? I wasn't able to find anything
in the tortoiseSVN settings dialog. Any help is greatly appreciated.
