Client side script hooks problem

Hi,

I have seen, in documentation, that I can add some hook scripts in
Tortoise to launch an external process to control or modify before a
'commit' action.

In the documentation, I can see a "Hook Script" node in a copy of screen
of the setting. But this node does not appear in my Tortoise
configuration (version 1.4.5.10425).
How can I activate this option?
