I have also experienced this problem. I believe it is caused by the
new feature to move the reverted file to the trash. I seem to have
fixed it by telling my antivirus software (which never caused a
noticable problem before) to ignore my SVN directories. There is still
a bit of a pause, but I assume that is related to the show delete
performance of explorer.
