it is a Apache problem. Max filesize for uploads. Default 8 M.
So Apache list is the appropriate place, or more correct Apache
documentations on max values. There is a general max, one specific for
GET and one spec. for POST. The general one must be as big as or bigger
than the biggest of the two others.
