Tabbing out of commit message box erases it's content

Tabbing out of the commit message box after entering some text then
tabbing back to it will select all it's content, which would be fine if
it weren't that hitting TAB or Shift-TAB then erases the message completely.

To reproduce:

* Open the commit dialog
* Enter some text in the commit message box, but don't select any of it
* Hit TAB
* Hit Shift-TAB
* Notice the whole message getting selected
* Hit TAB or Shift-TAB again

Actual result:

The whole message is deleted

Expected result:

Message stays selected, but isn't deleted

This happened to me both with 1.4.5 as well as the
TortoiseSVN-1.4.99.10636-dev-win32-svn-1.5.0dev.msi nightly.

I'm pretty sure it didn't happen with 1.4.4, as I'm usually tabbing to
the file list to look at a file's diff then tab back to the commit
message field to append what's changed to the commit message, then do
the same for the next file.
