Keyword format in MS Word - enhancement

From: awoodjetts <adam.woodjetts_at_rentokil-initial.com>

After finally working out how to use the keywords properties, and auto-prop
in the config file, I have come across an area of potential
improvement/enhancement:

The substitute information and the keywords in the document are very poorly
formatted. I want/need to use this information from the repository, but is
there anyway to make it look nicer?

Things like:

- Properly substituting the keywords rather than leaving them in the
document $Id::xxxxxxxxx $

- Not having spaces in file names displayed as %20

- If the keywords have to be kept, can the substituted text be displayed
immediately after the : as shown above, rather than what I am getting $Id::
xxxxx $ (The HeadURL field is worse!)

Not being too technical I don't know if this is possible, or what
limitations there are on the system. But if you don't ask, you don't get. Or
people that can make it happen may not be aware!

Thanks

Adam.
