Bug Report - RightClick menu on Windows Installer generated shortcuts

I noticed this bug, it is a cosmetic bug only but still worth
mentioning.

This is only on Windows Installer generated icons. This does not apply
to shortcuts created manually for some reason.

(Note the Two TortoiseSVN menus)
