Installing TortoiseSVN without administrator rights.

F'up to self: got it working, was a typical case of being overly pythonic:
there's no need
to substitute single '\'s for double backslashes when passing registry
entries to python's
win32api module. Also, double quotes do need to get stripped off registry
key values before
setting them.

BTW, this is in a networked environment; on other machines I can get
tortoiseSVN to work
by just modifying the registry; for safety, I've also put a copy of the
mfc80* etc. dll's in
tortoiseSVN's \bin directory. Maybe a way to setup a non-admin install?
