TortoiseSVN 1.4.5 Vista - Installation Bug

Hello,

Here is the second issue I ran into with TortoiseSVN 1.4.5 on Vista.
During upgrade from 1.4.4, the installer required me to close a number
of applications. This is normal, however, it wanted me to close Windows
Explorer and Process Cache (I'm not certain about the name, and it
didn't even appear in Task Manager), and a TortoiseSVN cache
application, all of which could only be seen in the processes tab of
Task Manager.

This seems like an unreasonable request for an installer.
