How to specify username?

Hi,

I am trying to specify username but I cannot find where to set it.

I am trying to checkout from

http://joomlacode.org/svn/joomla/development/releases/1.0/

If I do

svn checkout --username anonymous [and given url from above] it all works
fine...but tortoise doesn't
allow me to specify username.

How to do it?
