issue tracking

Hi,

I have just downloaded the latest version of Tortoise. Looking on the
web site http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/issuetrackers.html#commit

You indicate that issue numbers can be added to log messages. I cannot
appear to find that functionally. Can someone please point me in the
correct direction,

so that we can start to make use of this feature.
