Oh ****! I've standardised our repository by creating a standard one, with
svn:ignore and layout-template and so forth. We create new ones by making
a copy of that and renaming it. So I guess all of them have the same UUID.
 We have ~40. :-(

Is there a quicker way (yet still safe!) to generate a new UUID?
