shift F10 issue

I have noticed that when you use shift F10 to simulate a right click the
context menu gives me the "Diff With URL" option instead of the "Diff"
option. When I right click it works correctly, but I prefer the keyboard
approach to the mouse. Has anyone noticed this issue before and are there
any tricks to make this work?
