The script I posted uses svnversion. I don't have svnversion installed and
would rather not if TortoiseSVN will do the same thing or close.

The script used to not update and if Tortoise can't do that part I'd just as
soon remove it because I can do that with the GUI myself like I used to.
What the script does that is also new is add version information to the
builds which you can see is done with svnversion. But I know TortoiseSVN
(the command line tools) can do that, I just don't know how to make the
changes.
