Well, I thought that if the user right clicks on a file and chooses "merge"
they want to merge just that file, so the URL in the merge dialog could
include the filename. You have to do this manually at the moment (as per the
thread I linked to previously)

On the other hand if the user right clicks on a folder the URL in the merge
dialog would remain as it is at present.

I'm pretty new to TSVN so perhaps I'm missing some subtleties here. Maybe
people right click on individual files but really want to merge the entire
folder?
