OK, that's what I figured: TSVN fetches data from the four system
directories below ./repo.

I did copy the repo directory from the old PC to the new on, with the
same drive letter and directory structure (second partition = D:, repo
lives under D:\DOCUMENTS).

There is no ./repo/transactions directory. Only ./repo/conf,
./repo/db, ./repo/hooks, ./repo/locks.
