Changing path/url to repository when using SSH

From: Steven de Vries <stevendv_at_hetnet.nl>

We finally got svn+ssh working for our external employees.
Internally we simply use the url: svn://Servername

Externally we have to use svh+ssh://Sessionname/cygwin/home/Username/SVN
If we put the SVN anywhere else we get a berkely DB error (possibly due to
lack of userrights).

Is there any way we can change the path/URL? (already tried mounting/and
changing rootdirs but that only seems to work when using a shell, not SVN.

Any help would be appriciated!
