Thanks Simon, The additional info is appreciated. However I have read that
document SEVERAL times, and I just don't have the knowledge to implement it!

Doesn't paint a good picture of me I know, but I am not immensely technical!
I'm not stupid by any means, but that is why I was looking for a more basic
set of instructions.

I'll keep looking around, someone will have already done it somewhere!

These are 2 different things. Keywords are a subversion feature and
they are per-file. Unfortunately they're not well documented in the
TSVN 1.4.x release, so you will have to look in the subversion docs to
find out more. Useful for individual files.

SubWCRev is used to scan a working copy and pick out the highest
last-committed revision from all files - useful for a software build
reference, not useful for individual documents. This should be fully
documented in the help file, or online here:
