Log Dialog glitch

I am seeing a glitch with the Log Dialog. It seems to be related to the
saving and restoring of a form's size.

To reproduce it:
1. Open the log dialog from the Explorer shell.
2. Reposition the divider bar between the log message and the file
listing.
3. Close the log dialog.
4. Re-Open the log dialog from the Explorer shell.
5. Minimize the log dialog.
6. Restore the log dialog.
7. Move your mouse over the log message and file listing boxes.

You should see something like what is in the attached screen shot. I've
also seen the divider bar overlap the frame border of the file listing
box.

I am running:
TortoiseSVN 1.4.99, Build 9961 - 32 Bit -dev, 2007/07/02 19:51:16
On Windows XP SP2

Which is a bit old, but I haven't noticed anything in the change logs
about this issue.
