Getting TortoiseSVN to skip junctions (reparse points)

Is there any way to get tortoise to not prompt to add the
directory/contents of an NTFS junction? Right now I run a batch file to
remove and re-add them before updating the repository but I am wondering
if this is available from the UI somewhere?
