This seems not to work correct in 1.4.4. r9706 (the official version)

Situation:

TSVN->Settings->Look&Feel->Dialogs2
[check] Reopen commit dialog after a commit failed.

1. Commit Dialog open:
some modified and added files at the top of the list, all these are
automatically check for commit.
Many non-versioned files automatically unchecked for "not commit".
[check] Show unversioned files
[green spuare] Select / deselect all
2. Have some comments for the log.
3. Press ok => commit failed for missing update of working copy
4. Press ok => Commit reopens, but:
Now every file in the list is checked for commit, even the
'non-versioned' ones!!
And [green square] Select / deselect all changed to [check] Select /
deselect all.

I would expect that the checks in the commit list would have been kept
through this cycle.
