Changed Files dialog

On build 9961 of TSVN, in the Changed Files dialog, the revision on top
shows up on the right pane in TortoiseMerge. So when coming from the
Log dialog, which puts the earlier revision on top, it makes TMerge show
the changes backwards from what it normally does.

For example, display the log of ext folder of TortoiseSVN. Select
revision 9977 and then double click on the /trunk/ext entry (the only
one). It will show the Changed Files dialog with 9976 on top and 9977
below. Double clicking on the only entry in the listbox will bring up
TSVN with revision 9977 on the left and 9976 on the right. This is
reverse from how the log dialog normally comes up. I think this should
be fixed to be consistent.
