Feature requests

I have three requests for features. These are to speed tasks that are
often performed, but not regularly performed. These may need updates in
svn as well to do them properly, but I'm sure tortoise could fake it.

If it's already possible to do these things, please let me know.

1) streamline import process: When I want to add version control to a
directory, I'd like to be able to do that in one go, rather than
importing, then checking out a working copy.

2) intelligent import process: Add a confirmation dialogue with check
boxes to selectively import files, with excluded files being added to
ignore properties where appropriate.

3) simplify removing from version control: Allow with context menu
action, instead of four step copy file/dir to another location, execute
svn delete, copy back, add to ignore property
