permanently delete files/directory's

Hi,

Is it possible to permantly delete files and directory's in Subversion (so
they won't be there anymore in any revision).

The reason I'm asking this: We're planning to move our repository's to a
hosting company, but in the past some of our developers checked i nwrong
files (binaries, databases, ...) which caused very big repoisorty's, that
will cost too much to be hosted...
