Displaying failure message of server-side post-commit hook script

From: Markus Kuhn <Markus.Kuhn_at_cl.cam.ac.uk>

The Unix command "svn commit" will display any stdout/stderr messages
written by the server-side post-commit script if it failed (return code
other than 0).

Unfortunately, I am not able to get the same displayed at the end of
the TortoiseSVN commit dialogue.

Is there a way to make sure that TortoiseSVN users will see any error
diagnostics that my server-side post-commit script outputs?

Thanks,

Markus
