I'm sorry, but the log output doesn't really help. I tried that several
times but I always give up :)
The reason is simple: the log outputs I get are usually very big, and
I'd have to recreate the repository from those logs which always is way
too much work. I usually try to recreate just the part that's shown
wrong in the graph, but of course that almost never is enough. If you
take a look at my test script for the revision graph here:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/test/BuildRevisionGraphTestRepo.bat
(login: guest, leave password empty)
you will see that I covered a lot of edge cases in there (the tests I do
with the repository that script creates are for /trunk, /trunk/file1 and
/trunk/Ordner/file1.
It would of course be great if you could extend that test script with a
case where the graph doesn't show up correctly.

Or maybe you could give me read access to your repository for a few
hours so I can test this. I don't need to read your file contents, I
only need to be able to fetch the log from the repository root so I can
debug (step through) the revision graph code...
