Here's what happened.
We have serveral repositories I'll call them repoA, repoB, repoC on our server.
RepoA was stored at C:\Reporoot\
I wanted to standardise our repositories and so physically moved all folders and files from C:\Reporoot\ to C:\Reporoot\Repositories\RepoA\
So SVNServe can see both locations. As Svnserve's root was pointed at C:\Reporoot which was the original location for RepoA.
I'm confused its a server problem as I can commit folder files and my colleague can't.

Sounds like a server config error then. Just to be clear, you
Does svnserve know about the new location? Presumably it can't also
