bug report: revert cant repair deleted/missing directories

Halow all!
here is my bug report of Tsvn 1.4.4: i try to switch toanother branch, duiring
switching, some directories unable be deleted due to them was ocupied by some
proograms (file comaneders/browsers). therefore they are came off from svn
control (svn have deleted all service folders - .svn but cant delete and main
folder). i delete this directories manual and after that the working copy folder
cant be restored by cleanup and by revet - they are stops on missing
directories. report an failure but cant restore them
