Feature request to improve usability of update messages

It would be useful for tortoisesvn to include the link to the new version in
it's update reminder. This means less thinking and more updating, and is
hopefully a simple solution which is almost as good as a fully fledged
autoupdate. Slightly more complex might be to phrase the update reminder as
a question: update now? And open a browser window to, say,
http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads if the users clicks OK as opposed to
cancel.

Is this idea attractive to others, and, if so, is this the right place to
post it -- or do I need to go rummaging elsewhere?
