Limiting icon overlay scanning

Let's try this again (after not getting a response on this, I went
ahead and downgraded to 1.4.3 on my XP SP2 box - same behavior).

After a bit of RTFM, I note that following the instructions to ONLY
scan a particular tree by having that in the Includes and unchecking
ALL drive types, all of the drive handles are now closed.

BUT, if I restart TSVNCache, the FOLDER overlays for any TSVN projects
in my tree no longer appear (contained files are fine). Adding the
"Fixed" drive type back immediately restores these overlays without a
restart.

So either this is not working properly, or I am misinterpreting the
doc and actually have to list EVERY drive that I DON'T want checked?
