That is why I suggested in my previous posts that I can email the
application which was causing this program.

Kindly note application size is 9.24 MB and if you can confirm then I can
email the same.

As soon as this application starts, it presents with a form for
opening/saving scanned labels file. Clicking on either open or save (which
opens Open/Save file dialogue) gives the error which I specified.
