Window's Short-Cuts replaced. Any way to turn off?

Hi. I have user's that need for TortoiseSVN to NOT be the 1st 2 items in the
Explorer File Menu. Is there a way to leave Explorer the way it is and have the
Subversion additional menus added @ the end?

Or is there a way to have the keyboard short-cut for creating a new folder w/in
Explorer NOT be changed upon installing TSVN?
