diff-scripts desappear from "Advanced diff settings" extension specificprograms

Alternate diff programs based on file extension desappear from Advanced
diff settings in TortoiseSVN 1.4
I add for example:
Extension: doc
External: wscript.exe "C:\Archivos de
programa\TortoiseSVN\Diff-Scripts\diff-doc.js" %base %mine

Then I press Ok button and a new item is listed. After that Apply, Ok.
The problem is that when I return to settings, advanced diff settings
the list has desappeared and when I use Diff with a word .doc file
tortoiseMerge appears and gives an error.
