Request: Specify --tunnel-user in [tunnels] section

Hello,

Because of a very restrictive setup, i would like to specify which
user is doing the commit, when using the tunnel agent.

From the TortoiseSVN config file, the [tunnels] section :
========================================
The command will be invoked as:
### <command> <hostname> svnserve -t
 ========================================

So when specifying a tunnel agent, it would be nice to specify a user like
this :
<command> <hostname> svnserve -t --tunnel-user=<SVN user>

Where <SVN user> could be entered via the GUI.
