Bug in commit dialog.

Hi,

Commit dialog, Changes made list with 'non-versioned' file(s)
in it. I tried to delete such non-versioned file, that was forbidden
to be deleted (it was opened by an application). After while
TSVN poped-up a message that said that it couldn't delete the file
because it is used by another application (that's right). After I closed
this
message the file disappeared from the list as it should have done
if it had been deleted (it hadn't).
